One of our specialties is the famous Stuffed Roast Chicken, a perfectly roasted deboned chicken stuffed with a highly seasoned bread crumb with a mixture of chicken and pork with thyme, together with our special marinated ingredients like sausage meat, raisins, egg, cheese and a lot more…

The special thing in this recipe is the stuffing and of course the gravy from the pan juice, which is made in the same way our grandmother used to prepare it.
